30 Oct Monday Live Sensex Nifty High, Auto,Bank Stocks lead:

BSE Sensex rose 137.23 points to 33,294.45, while the NSE Nifty gained 46 points to 10, 369.05 at 10.36 am on Monday.The shares of Maruti Suzuki, ONGC, Bharti Airtel rose, whereas the shares of Kotak Bank and Dr Reddy’s fell, while Indian rupee rose against the dollar. 

ONGC shares gained 2.91% to Rs. 188.90. The net profit of the company rose 3.1% to Rs. 5,131 crore in July-Sept quarter from Rs. 4,975 crore in the corresponding period last year. Aviation stocks lead gains as Jet Airways stock rose 7% and Inter Globe Aviation rose 1.7% while SpiceJet Ltd adds 2.6%. 

Banking stocks were trading higher in the morning hours. Stocks of Syndicate Bank rose 3.6%, PNB 3.4%, OBC 2.7%, Bank of India 2.7%, Indian Bank 1.9%, Allahabad Bank and Union Bank of India, Yes Bank Corporation Bank rose 1.7% each, while Central Bank of India up1.6%. 

Auto stocks rose in the morning hours such as Maruti Suzuki India Ltd up 1.2% to Rs. 8,215.20. Maruti Suzuhi’s net sales rose 21.8% to Rs. 21,428.1 crore, mainly due to better product mix.

21 July Live Market- Sensex up 140 Pts, Nifty above 9900 ahead Reliance AGM

Equity benchamark continued gains in morning trends, The BSE Sensex 140 points and NSE Nifty above 9.900-mark on Friday. 

Live Market- The Sensex is trading up 142.71 points or 0.45 percent at 32047.11 and The Nifty index is trading gains 37.50 points or 0.38 percent at 9910.80. 

Top performance Reliance industries shares climbed nearly 4 percent in morning trade to hits record fresh 9 year high of Rs 1,587.7 ahead of 40th Annual General Meeting today. 

The market BSE Midcap is rising 38.20 points at 15222.69 and The BSE Smallcap index up 54.33 points or 0.34 percent at 16054.21. 

Today most active stocks are- Reliance +3.37%, Wipro +6.58%, ITC -0.07%, Axis Bank -0.24%, TCS +1.20. 

Nifty Top Gainers- Wipro 6.59%, Reliance 3.34%, Coal India 2.29%, HCL Tech 1.96%, TCS 1.24%. 

Nifty Top Losers- Idea Cellular 2.52%, Lupin 2.21%, Bharti Airtel 2.10%, Cipla 1.36%, Power Grid 0.91%.

Sensex hits record high, Nifty gained 32 points at 9,542

The benchmark indices Sensex and Nifty touched their respective record highs on Friday’s trade of the June series. At 10.15 am, The BSE Sensex rallied near 124.29 points to hit its new high of 30,874, while the broader Nifty-50 gained 32.60 points to touch its fresh high of 9,542.35. In the broader market, the BSE Midcap and the BSE Smallcap indices gained over 1.27 percent each. 

Tata Steel, Hindalco and Asian Paints were the top gainers on Nifty and added up to 2 percent. Nifty FMCG and Nifty Metals were the leading sectoral indices which gained 1 percent each. 

Cipla was the major loser shedding over 3 percent after the company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 61.79 cr for the Q4FY17. The company had reported net loss of Rs 92.83 Cr, in the corresponding quarter last year. 

Maruti Suzuki hits Rs 7,000 mark first time, the stock gained over 33 percent so far this year. IOC Ltd fell 3 percent to Rs 425.90. It reports that the company’s Q4 profit rose 85% to Rs 3,721 Cr, boosted by higher refinery margins.

26 April (Wednesday) Sensex, Nifty hit record high on global rally

Key benchmark indices were hitting their respective record highs at open in early trade Wednesday on positive global cues. At 10.15 am, the BSE Sensex, was trading up 141.06 points or 0.47% at 30,084.30. The NSE Nifty-50 index was currently trading up 40.10 points or 0.43% at 9,346.70. The Sensex and Nifty have hit the record high levels in early trade. The BSE Mid-cap advanced 0.36% while the BSE Small-cap rose 0.61%. 

Sensex yesterday breached its all-time high level of 30,071 exceeding previous high of 30,024 hit on March 4, 2015. The Nifty also yesterday hit a high of 9,343. 

Axis Bank surged 1% ahead of earnings later today, while Wipro Ltd surged 2% on robust quarter fourth earning results. Mahindra & Mahindra, HDFC and Tata Steel also gained the most in BSE Sensex while Cipla Ltd, HeroMoto Corp, PowerGrid and Dr Reddy Lab were losing splendor. 

Most Asian stocks have rallied in new peaks while the euro consolidated fresh gains as immediate concerns of political uncertainty in the euro zone.

Sensex pares gains, Nifty open above 9,150 on positive global cues

The Key benchmark indices on Friday edged higher tracking positive trend seen in Asian markets . At 10:15 am, the BSE Sensex was ruling at 29,487 up 61.68 points, while the broader Nifty-50 was trading at 9,155.35, up 19 points. In the broader market, the BSE Mid-cap index and the BSE Small-cap index added 0.5% each. 

Stocks of Reliance Industries went up 2%, GAIL India rose 1% and Bharti Airtel gone up 0.9% contributed most to the gains on Sensex, whereas Sun Pharmaceuticals were down 2%, Cipla Ltd down 0.7% and TCS Ltd down 0.5% in the morning hours. Bharti Infratel is the major Nifty gainer, is trading higher by 3.25% at Rs 353.85 per share, while Sun Pharma is the top Nifty loser, trading lower by 1.55% at Rs 645.8 per share. 

There are some companies reporting their March quarter earnings, which include ACC Ltd, HDFC Bank, Tata Metaliks, among others.

16 March Nifty hits record high, Sensex gains 169 points, Elite Investment Advisory

Indian markets have opened the trading Thursday on higher note tracking the global markets. Investors cheered as Federal Reserve Chair person Janet Yellen made the well expected move of increased rates by 25 base points. Asian markets are also higher today after the Federal Reserve raised rates. 

At 10.15 am, the BSE Sensex was trading up by 169.25 points at 29,567.36, while the NSE Nifty is trading up by 56.90 points at 9141.70. The BSE Mid Cap index opened up by 0.7%, while BSE Small Cap index opened up by 0.8%. Adani Ports, ONGC, HUL, Tata Motors and L&T were the biggest movers on the BSE Sensex while , Bharti Airtel, HeroMoto Corp and HDFC Bank were the top losers.

Sensex up 150 points, Nifty opens above 8400, Stock Option Trading Tips

Equity benchmark indices were trading higher on Wednesday, after the Income Tax dept have given concern on tax relief to Foreign Portfolio investors. At 10:15 am, the BSE Sensex was trading at 27,392, up 156 points, while the broader Nifty50 was ruling at 8,449, up 52 points. Overall market breath showed a positive bias. BSE Midcap and BSE small cap were trading higher by 0.68% and 0.75% each. 

Meantime, on Tuesday, FPIs turned net buyers for the first time since December third week and bought equities worth Rs 142 crore, and the other side, domestic investors sold equities worth Rs 607 crore. Asian stock markets kept near 3-month highs since investors scooped up exporter shares after US Donald Trump expressed concerns over a stronger dollar.
